Together with Daryl, my husband, we’re your friendly onsite managers at Sea Point Ocean Apartments, Kings Beach, Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Australia.” At Sea Point Ocean Apartments, we offer you stunning ocean views from our spacious 2 & 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully self-contained, self-catering apartments with large balconies & easy stair access. There are ensuites to all main bedrooms plus a main bathroom, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A spa bath is a feature in one of our ground floor apartments—perfect for those special occasions. (There’s only one, so make sure you mention the ’Deluxe Spa Suite’ when you book!) All ground floor apartments have their own private courtyards with tables, chairs & direct pool access. Each apartment at Sea Point is individually & tastefully decorated following a casual coastal theme. You can relax in the lounge with cable TV, & DVD player to watch your favourite movies. Our latest addition is wireless broadband internet access—feel free to bring your laptop to keep up with personal emails. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, roomy dining table for chatting over meals with a good wine, or playing board games with the family. Full laundry facilities plus direct-dial phones are also in your apartment. Parking your vehicle is a breeze with our FREE underground security car parking.

As your onsite managers, Daryl & I actually live at Sea Point & share the fabulous view every day. The Sunshine Coast is very casual & laidback, so it still makes it perfectly easy to pack whether you’re planning a spontaneous weekend getaway, a special occasion, attending a sporting event or staying longer for a weekly or monthly visit! At Sea Point, Caloundra, all apartments enjoy ocean views. And the higher you go, the more spectacular the view! Private courtyards are an added bonus to all ground level apartments. Levels 1, 2 & 3 enjoy large north-east facing private balconies that capture the sunshine all year round, completely calm & sheltered from any southerly wind. Those of you with an interest in plants & gardens will simply delight in Seapoint’s tropical surrounds. Daryl definitely has the gardener’s green thumb; you can see the dedication he has put into creating & maintaining the showcase gardens of Sea Point. They’re a sight to behold, from the manicured lawns to the shady palms with their trunks literally hugged by amazingly large staghorns & elkhorns. Marvel at the beauty of the ancient cycads, interspersed with a variety of other ferns & the different native shrubs with colourful leaves & vibrant tropical flowers. This tropical haven delivers an enchanting outdoor environment for you to enjoy every day of your holiday. What a bonus!
At Seapoint Ocean Apartments you are our valued guest. Our priority is to ensure you have a wonderful Caloundra holiday experience. All linen is provided & beach towels can be hired from reception. Fresh linen is supplied weekly, with apartment servicing available by arrangement. As mentioned, all apartments are fully self-contained, which means everything is provided, so at the bare minimum, you only need to bring yourself, a bikini & a sarong—(or speedos & boardshorts!)
